2017 SLP Application - Appleton

School Information

About the Student Leadership Program
The Student Leadership Program (SLP) will provide students a highly interactive and life changing leadership development experience.  Students selected to be in SLP will have the opportunity to develop their personal leadership skills, be exposed to career opportunities in area industries, tour local businesses, participate in local community service projects and attend a summer experience trip.

Twenty five sophomore students will be selected from each high school in the Appleton Area School District.  Students selected to be in the program will be in the program for two years during their sophomore and junior year.  Students selected will be expected to participate in all SLP events, have a positive attitude, work with advisers, teachers and other students in the program, and willing to be open-minded and try new experiences that will be provided through SLP.  There is no cost to be in SLP.
